We, the bride of Jesus Christ will see Him, our Heavenly Bridegroom, face to face, eye to eye and there will be pure love in everyone’s eyes.
Solomon and his first wife Naahmah looked into each others eye’s on their honeymoon and there was love in their doves eyes.
Solomon metaphorically invites her to come with him to various emotional mountain tops by asking her to…
“Come with me from Lebanon, my spouse,
With me from Lebanon.
Look from the top of Amana,
From the top of Senir and Hermon,
From the lions’ dens,
From the mountains of the leopards.“
She had doves eyes of love to him/Him.

She looks his way with love in her eyes and peace in her heart. That one look, that one glance ravished his heart for he says,
9 You have ravished my heart,
My sister, my spouse;
You have ravished my heart
With one look of your eyes,” Song 4:8-9
I believe how far and clear we see physical things in heaven will be greatly increased. The bride of Jesus Christ will see his face. Upon seeing his face, which will be face to face, part of the face is the eyes. We will look into each other’s eyes and sense the love of God to each individuals souls’ capacity.
1 Corinthians 13:12
“For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face”
Ever wonder what heaven would be like? One thing we know for sure among many other things is that we will see Jesus Christ, the Son of God, our Bridegroom, LORD an Saviour,” Face to face“
What would that be like?
It would be similar to how it felt in Naamah’s heart when she took one glance of her eyes at Christ Solomon on their wedding night.
The feeling would be that of love.
It would feel strong and powerful. Feeling like what was going on was that there was no fear but only love. It felt like we were bonding. Becoming more and more one. It felt strong and powerful to unite our hearts in the inner being Song 8:6.
When you look into the eyes of Jesus you will want nothing else more than to glorify Him and please Him with great intensity. Like you really really really want to please Him, this is a holy jealousy. Intense like the fire of hell (Song 8:6).
When Naamah’s glance met Solomon’s eyes it not only felt powerful to draw them together and came with intense desires to please him. She knew these heightened feelings of love, that they come and go. That level of intensity doesn’t stay for long, thus they are compared to mountain tops for their height and to the greatest flame (Song 8:6-7).
The true and holy feeling of love also comes with some knowledge as to the source of this great, holy and intense feeling. You will know that it comes from God, The LORD, YHWH. The source of this feeling will be in the mind while it is felt in the heart. You will know that this holy flame you are feeling while looking into his/His eyes, that that feeling was a flame of God.
Understanding such great power and it’s source you will then easily know that this love in your heart is unquenchable. Nothing can stop love from accomplishing it’s purpose! Many waters can’t quench love and rivers can’t overflow it (Song 8:7).
Upon further contemplation of this feeling you will also get an understanding of the value of this feeling. What is it worth? And could I exchange something in order to get it? No. It is priceless. Love is priceless and you will know it. You will have unconditional love in your benevolent heart! Pure motives. You will know that you freely give. You freely give yourself to him like Naahmah did in her glance into Solomon’s eyes after he asked her to go to various emotional mountain top highs with him on their wedding night. She looked at him and that glance ravished his/His heart!! Priceless!! You will know that that moment is priceless!! The moment she ravished the heart of a type of Jesus Christ, it ravished his heart!!
He says to her,
“You have ravished my heart,
My sister, my spouse;
You have ravished my heart
With one look of your eyes,“
They were face to face, looking into each other’s eyes, with love in their hearts and it ravished the heart of the bridegroom!!
We also know that his look of love came with a sense of peace!
Looking into his eyes gave her a sense of joy and peace!
It was like looking at two doves by streams of water. Song 5:12
“His eyes are like doves
By the rivers of waters,
Washed with milk,
And fitly set”
The sense of love that the bride of Christ Solomon felt in her heart is similar to what a believer will feel in his heart when she see’s her bridegroom, Christ Jesus, face to face, eye to eye in heaven!!
For different reasons and circumstances and yet have many similarities thus we make the analogy. Arguing from the lesser Christ Solomon to the Greater Christ Jesus!
There will be gladness in the heart more than wine.
You will have no fear in love.
You will greatly sense that this feeling is the bond and bonding power!
You will intensely want to please Him when you see Him eye to eye!
You will know that this feeling will not come and go like it did on earth!
You will know that this feeling could easily be compared to that of a fire or flame.
You will know that this holy and sweet flame of love comes from God in Christ Jesus!
You know that nothing will quench this love.
You will highly value this feeling and it’s source and praise them more than wine!
Think of these things often! Keep you mind in heaven!
