I will run through each phase briefly but give you more detail on the Spirit Filled high points of the Young Woman’s phase of growth.
- The Babe gets to taste the most delicious milk ever over and over again!! Song 1
- The Child. A full dose is to much for the little child of God, so she “faints” in the banquet hall when she see’s his banner over her and on it was LOVE! Song 2:5
- The Married young woman gets three spiritual highs! The 3rd is the best!!
- A triple mountain top experience all at once!! Song of Songs 4:8 “Lebanon.. Amana… Hermon” Its the wedding day and Solomon takes her on top of 3 different mountain tops so that she can see her inheritance. Solomon’s kingdom!!! She was a slave girl needing redemption, now she is queen and co-eer to Solomon’s kingdom!! Can you imagine she went from being one of the most poor and miserable slave girl (Song 1:6) to being the most blessed woman on the planet!! The Married young woman inherits Solomon’s kingdom. From slavery to royalty!! From rags to riches. From forced labor to joyful service! From being single to having the man of your dreams! All the promises of God belong to her and His kingdom here on earth, this paradise Solomon rebuilt is hers!! And she views this kingdom on top of 3 different mountains!! (May you join her in such great delights) Don’t forget to humble yourself. Christ says “Come down” 4:8 You can’t naturally see pride, spiritual pride coming from looking at your inheritance without remembering where you came from. You will think you earned it or that you are more spiritual than others or worse yet get eaten by the leopards that haunt these high mountains with great views of God’s gracious gifts to us.
Second Spirit filled high. Spirit filled sorrow for sin. The Lord is close to the broken hearted. There is sweet communion with Christ when you humble yourself and come down from the mountain top experience when He calls you down. A Joy filled Spirit of humility and brokenness of heart with tears unending. I call this a Spirit filled high because she is still walking in obedience this whole time. Although humbling yourself isn’t as joyful as viewing your inheritance, humbling yourself is an act of love to Christ that ravishes His heart Song 4:9. The Spirit convicts of sin. “The Lord is close to the broken hearted.” Ps. 34:18 After the Bride takes one look toward Solomon when he asks her to “Come down” and she humbles herself, thinking even lower of herself than before because she see’s so much pride, self dependence and unbelief and darkness, very dark yet lovely etc. This one glance toward Him and off her inheritance is like a jewel around her neck. (Wether or not she was prideful on top of the mountain I don’t know, but she did humble herself, if she did get prideful then she came down before the leopards got her. Song 4:8) This one glance of her doves eyes his direction when he says “Come down” just ravishes His heart. And Wow!! Aren’t you happy you pleased your Lord!! This is what you want and He let you know you did it, you pleased Him. And your love is more delightful than anything else to Him. Staying humble and being fruitful in every area of life, causes your garden to be the finest and lacking nothing. Now you enjoy the best communion with God ever so far and then you get a greater privilege. You get to drink your fill!! Third spiritual high. She is allowed to drink her fill!! The second spiritual high for the newly wed bride is being able to drink her fill. Eat and drink the blood of Christ to her hearts fullest. Abundantly drinking and eating til you are full. Song 5:1 “Eat of friends, drink your fill” This is for the bride who was ready, who had no flaw in her when she married. This is her greatest joy. She can drink her fill. Song 5:1 “Drink your fill” God’s says here is my Spirit, drink up as much as you can, here it is, He says drink your fill. Take as much as you can til you can’t drink anymore. Then see the infinite ocean of love, the height, depth, width and length of the Love of God. If you were a babe, then a child and now you have overcome the evil one and there is no flaw in you having been thoroughly tested and able to humble yourself when He calls then you drink your fill, have as much as you like. (The first time I experienced this, my immediate thought after such an experience as drinking as much as you like is that I wished I had humbled myself more so that I could drink more.) Because now, now Song 5:1″ drink your fill” there is more than enough here to satisfy your highest thoughts and deepest desires. It’s free, It’s Grace, Christ bought it, the Holy Spirit, He has it without measure so come drink your fill. There is so much more to say about this experience. I have as far as I can tell experienced this 2x and I think that may not be enough to write more about it than I already have. Basically God allows you to drink up as much of His Spirit of Love and Joy that you can. It is all around you and He opens it up and sheds it abroad in your heart and He says “Drink your fill” have as much as you want!! The problem if there is one will be that how much you want will be so little. You will regret that you didn’t humble yourself enough. This is good because God just gave you an experience of Heaven on earth. And you will be more motivated to humble yourself in all areas of life in order to experience more of this in heaven. At least thats how I felt. Jesus, the trinity, God, holiness, worship is so unbelievably beautiful and glorious beyond words and with a joy inexpressible!! Through longer periods of communion with God and having her full amor on she has won 1,000 battles Song 4:4 The battle won are not believing any lies of the devil. The Spiritual joy of the Young Woman is in that she has overcome the evil one and she knows it. 1 John 2:13 “I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one.” She has fought for the assurance of her salvation, she has been tested, she has gone through the wilderness of temptation and has overcome, she has been tested and is flawless. She fought with her full armor on and overcame the evil ones lies with believing the Truth. This shield of faith protected her from doubting God’s love. She is the ultimate warrior bride!!
- The Strong Young woman
- Experiences great heights of joy in fighting the enemies of God for His Glory. She also enjoys the most honorable praise from her King and stays humble all the time.
- Knows how to do the “Dance of the Mahanaim” Song 6:13
- After “Dancing” with her Lord, he praises her from foot to head and wow! how she has grown. )to 7:9
- Then with a Love so great that it could only be expressed as if it were to a brother. Well let’s just say the best experience of the strong Young Woman is right here in 8:1,2 and in 8:3 she knows His embrace.
- The Ultimate Joy of a Father is to have His mind on Eternity, things from the beginning. God’s Glory. Rev. 1:12-18 (I don’t know this phase to well but Lord willing I will in the near future.)
